Sony announced PlayStation Plus games for December. It has been leaked twice before. This month’s PlayStation 4 lineup includes critically acclaimed titles like Mortal Shell and Lego DC Super-Villains.
PlayStation 5 players had the chance to get Godfall: Challenger Edition, the ambitious action RPG game of Gearbox and Counterplay. All 3 games will be available for download starting Tuesday, December 7th. Players have until January 3rd to download these titles. As every month, PlayStation Plus games are free to download and store in the library as long as the subscription is active.
PlayStation Plus, Mortal Shell drew attention in December games
PlayStation Plus will include The Persistence, The Walking Dead: Saints and Sinners and Before You Fall among the VR productions that will be included. This month has been an important offer especially for PS VR users. Still, Cold Symmetry’s 2020 surprise, Mortal Shell, is the most prominent game on the list.
Mortal Shell
Mortal Shell includes a gameplay loop and combat that players can familiarize with games like Dark Souls and Bloodborne. The production has a narrative flair that is clearer and easier to follow than the usual ambiguity in storytelling that takes place in Dark Souls. It benefits from an additional emphasis at this point.
LEGO DC Super-Villains has been a standout fun game for fans of iconic comic book villains. Godfall, on the other hand, did not receive good reviews when it was released. Despite this, it has managed to gather a dedicated fan base behind its satisfying one-on-one slasher gameplay as well as its interesting world-building.
