The fact that PlayStation exclusive games are now coming to PC creates a festive mood for PC players. Especially the PC version of the latest Marvel’s Spider-Man has managed to please many players. With Spider-Man’s release on PC, players stumbled upon something they hadn’t seen in the PC versions of previous PS exclusive games.

As you know, God of War and Days Gone also came to PC before. However, in the PC version of Spider-Man, players revealed something that might suggest Sony is working on a novelty. Let’s take a look at the details.

PlayStation Network PC integration could be coming

Since its release on PC last week, fans have been digging through the game files for Marvel’s Spider-Man. They finally discovered new clues to PlayStation Network integration in Spider-Man’s files.

According to the game files, Sony seems to be planning to allow PC gamers to link their PlayStation Network accounts to certain games and offer in-game bonuses as rewards in return.

Neither Marvel’s Spider-Man nor any other PlayStation exclusive PC game currently allow linking to PSN accounts. Therefore, the “PSNAccountLinked” and “PSNLinkingEntitlements” data in Spider-Man’s files on PC excited the players.

For now, it is unknown whether the developers forgot these files there or left them there on purpose, because there is no explanation. But if PlayStation Network comes to PC and achievements sync, it would be a really cool feature. What are you thinking? Please do not forget to share your thoughts with us in the comments.
