PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita owners are currently grappling with a bug that popped up in some games. PS3 and PS Vita owners who have problems with digital purchases after the expiration date that appears in some games are not aware of how to fix the problem.
The problem that has arisen on PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita has especially affected classic games. While games such as Chrono Cross, Chrono Trigger and Final Fantasy VI are unplayable because they “expired”, even more interestingly, the expiration dates of the games with the problem go back almost half a century. While the expiration date of the game named Chrono Cross appears as December 31, 1969, game lovers who own these games cannot access the games.
So did @PlayStation expire the PSOne Classics versions of #ChronoCross and #ChronoTrigger by setting the date on new downloads to 12/31/1969? This is preventing me from playing my purchased copies on Vita and PS3. @ModernVintageG @dark1x pic.twitter.com/wxRebNIZWh

Similar issue, Rune Factory Oceans, Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition, Gex: Enter the It is valid for Gecko and many more games. While some gamers try to reset their consoles to factory settings, there are some who subscribe to PlayStation Plus and end their current subscription. However, these methods are also not profitable. The PlayStation front, on the other hand, has not yet accepted the situation. While there is no explanation from the company about this for now, it remains unknown how the problem can be solved.
