Released by Riot Games in 2020, VALORANT continues to receive new updates. Many bugs are being fixed every day. Finally, Riot Games introduced a new agent called Deadlock for VALORANT.
Meet Deadlock, the new VALORANT agent!
Agents have unique abilities in VALORANT. These skills, which are very important for creating a strategy, can change the course of the match. It can also provide an advantage or disadvantage over the map and opponents. VALORANT’s new agent, Deadlock, seems to be able to change the course of the game.
Riot Games introduced the new agent Deadlock on VALORANT’s official YouTube channel today. This agent, who fell into the scout category, managed to attract the attention of the players with his abilities. Because it looks like it will force its opponents.
Deadlock’s first ability slows the opponent, making them an open target. His second ability is a sonic sensor. This sensor, which can be placed on the walls, becomes active when someone passes in front of it and shakes the opponent. This makes it difficult to use a weapon.
The third ability creates a barrier and the opponent cannot pass through this barrier. Of course, since it is small, it can be circumvented or broken with a gun. This seems to work best in small areas or angular areas.
Deadlock’s ultimate ability excited the players. So much so that this ability bounces off the wall and creates a path, and if there is an opponent on this path, it cocoons it. Then he takes him to the starting point of the road and kills him there. Another opponent can save his teammate by squeezing this cocoon with a gun. The names of the agent’s abilities are currently unknown. However, its features are as we just mentioned.
Deadlock agent is currently available for early access VALORANT players, but it’s not yet known when everyone will be able to play it. It is expected to be presented with the next major update at the start of the season.
