Fascinating new images came today from the James Webb Space Telescope, which was launched into space in December 2021 and started to observe the universe with all its equipment at the beginning of summer. This time, astronomers observed the “Pillars of Creation” with NASA’s telescope.
The sky structure, which has already enchanted everyone with its images taken by Hubble over the years, was displayed more clearly than ever this time. This is how the Pillars of Creation, located 6,500 to 7,000 light-years from Earth, appeared before us this time:

Called the Pillars of Creation, this structure includes many newly formed and emerging stars among the dense clouds we see in the photo. Thanks to this structure, scientists aim to learn more about how a star is formed.
