Adobe made it very easy to fill in the blank spaces in the photos with the productive artificial intelligence feature it brought to Photoshop. Photoshop beta has been updated and this feature has been further enhanced under the name “Generative Expand”. Photoshop can now restore a cropped photo to its original size. Especially useful for heavily cropped images.

Complete cropped images: Generative Expand

Photoshop’s feature under development, Generative Expand, allows the user to expand and resize the image using the crop tool. After clicking the Generate button, Generative Expand fills the white space with the image created by artificial intelligence. It is not necessary to enter a text prompt for this feature to work. The created content is added as a new layer in Photoshop. Thus, the transaction can be easily undone.

Adobe has also expanded the languages that productive AI can understand. Artificial intelligence now works in more than 100 languages. Text prompt input in Generative Expand and other languages is available in the latest version of Photoshop beta. Adobe will add more productive AI features this fall.
