When citizens wanted to learn about the pharmacies on duty, they could see the pharmacies on duty from the websites of the municipalities, news sites or the screens in the pharmacies. Now, the On Duty Pharmacy Inquiry feature has been added to e-Government.
In e-Government, it is possible to view the pharmacies on duty city by city, thanks to the new feature added under the Ministry of Health services under the name of “TİTCK – Pharmacy On Duty Inquiry”. To use the service, it is enough to enter your city and date. The names, phone numbers, addresses and locations of the pharmacies are listed on the map.

The data of the On Duty Pharmacy Inquiry feature in e-Government are instantly retrieved from the Ministry of Health database. Even if changes are made during the day in the pharmacies on duty, you will see the most up-to-date information.
How to make an E-Government Pharmacy On Duty Inquiry?
- Access the on-duty pharmacy inquiry service by typing Pharmacy On Duty Inquiry into the search section of e-Government or by clicking this link.
- Select your city and date.
- All on-duty azan on the date you selected will be listed. If you wish, you can filter the results by selecting the district on the results page.
