Brendan “PlayerUnknown” Greene, who prepared a Battle Royale mode for the world’s most popular tactical FPS game Arma 3 in 2013, is known as the name that brought the Battle Royale culture to the game world with H1Z1 and later PUBG. If you remember, we also mentioned that PUBG is preparing a special tournament for October 29 Republic Day.
The 29 October Cup, attended by 16 teams, each more ambitious than each other, was quite contentious. The winner of the cup was Pcific Esports, sponsored by Webtekno.
Double feast for Pscific Esports
In a statement on the team’s official Twitter account, “Today is a double celebration at Pcific. Our PUBG crew is taking home the October 29th Cup with a great performance. Congratulations to all the teams competing in the tournament on this special day.” Statements included.
So who is Pcific Esports?
Established in 2018 with the idea of establishing a club where everyone can feel belonging and find a piece of themselves, Pcific Esports has been known as the esports club of Izmir since the idea stage. Pcific Esports, which currently has active teams in games such as Valorant, PUBG, CS: GO and Age of Empires, managed to rank in more than 10 tournaments in 2022 alone.
We, as Webtekno, congratulate them and wish them continued success.
