Paxful co-founder Ray Youssef announced his plan to restart peer-to-peer commerce (P2P) after his company went bankrupt earlier this year. The new venture, called Civ Kit, won’t be in the US.

The new initiative will allow anyone to trade using Nostr, a protocol that Youssef calls an “unstoppable marketplace” and enables anyone, anywhere, the Lightning Network and decentralized social media.
