Twitter’s paid subscription system, Twitter Blue, has many useful features. One of them is a feature that allows long tweeting by increasing the character limit. The company initially increased the limit from 280 to 4000 specifically for paid subscriptions. A few months ago, this limit was further increased and set to 10 thousand.
Today, it has been announced that changes have been made once again. Now Blue subscribers will be able to tweet much longer, like a book author.

Prachi Poddar, a Twitter employee, announced on the platform that Blue subscribers can now tweet up to 25,000 characters. Poddar showed how the feature will look by sharing a 25 thousand-character tweet that does not go down. When we tried it as Webtekno, we confirmed that the character limit increased from 10 thousand to 25 thousand.
The increased character limit reveals that we can now see paragraphs of tweets. Assuming that 1000 characters can be read in roughly 30-40 seconds, we can estimate that it will take 12-16 minutes to read a 25 thousand-character tweet. It would not be wrong to say that these developments show that Twitter is no longer a microblogging platform.
Twitter continues to make moves to increase its paid subscribers. Recently, it was seen that the daily messaging limit would come to non-Blue subscribers.
