OnePlus has released the Android 13-based OxygenOS 13.1 update for its high-end smartphone OnePlus 11. The software update, which brings a number of new features, has also come to older models such as the OnePlus 8, OnePlus 9 and OnePlus 10 series.What’s new with OxygenOS 13.1
OxygenOS 13.1 expands Omoji’s functionality and library and introduces more customization options for the OnePlus 8 Pro, 8T, 9, 9 Pro, 11 and 11R. With this update, OnePlus also introduced TalkBack, an advanced image recognition technology that detects and tells images in apps and photos. Two new modes have been added to the Zen Space app that will increase the user’s awareness and make it easier to focus on a task. Also, Simple mode has been made more user-friendly.
The OxygenOS 13.1 update adds a new mode to the Game Assistant app. Championship Mode disables notifications, calls and other distractions, optimizing performance while delivering immersive gaming. The updated Game Assistant allows the user to listen to and manage the music they like while playing games.
OxygenOS 13.1 improves system stability and performance, especially on the OnePlus 10 Pro. It also improves the overall user experience by extending battery life in certain scenarios.
The OxygenOS 13.1 update was first rolled out to a small number of OnePlus 11 users in India.
