Blizzard Entertainment’s Overwatch game, which was known as Team Fortress 2 when it was first released, still has a niche audience, although it used to be more popular among players. Overwatch 2, the sequel to Blizzard’s popular game, was announced 2 years ago, as you know.
With the upcoming release of Overwatch 2, the game entered a beta testing period. We will first talk about the general lines of Overwatch 2 and then tell you how you can participate in the Beta process.
What changes await us in Overwatch 2?
Actually, we told you this in our previous content. To summarize, Overwatch 2 will of course include graphical upgrades. The developer of the game said that since he did not want to divide the base of the first game, the two games would be similar and the gameplay would be largely similar. It is also said that four new playable characters will come to the game.
How to participate in the Overwatch 2 beta?
Starting tomorrow, anyone who connects their Battle.net account to their Twitch profile and watches Overwatch 2 for at least four hours from Blizzard’s selected list of streamers will be able to gain access to the beta. You can find the list of approved publishers here.
In the beta, players will be able to check out the 33rd hero Sojourn, all new hero updates, the new Push game mode, and the classic but updated five-on-five battle mode. Unfortunately, the beta will only be available to PC players at the moment, but Blizzard also plans to open the Overwatch 2 beta to console players in the future.
