On July 19, Qualcomm announced the new Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 and Snapdragon W5 Plus Gen 1 processors designed for next-generation smartwatches. Right after, an Oppo spokesperson announced that they will launch the first wearable device equipped with the new chipset.

Oppo gave the first signal that it will make this promise come true. The Chinese brand shared a promotional poster showing that it will use the Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 platform on the Oppo Watch 3. Another published image reveals the design of the smart watch.

We can say that the new model resembles the Apple Watch in appearance. According to the leak source, Digital Chat Station, the device will support eSIM technology. It is also reported that the smartwatch will come with a new version of ColorOS Watch with an updated interface.
