As you may recall, Chinese technology giant Oppo launched its Reno 9 smartphones in November last year. The company has now added a new model to the family. The device, called the Reno 9A, has become official in Japan.
The smartphone is based on the mid-range Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 chipset with 5G support. It should be noted that this processor is accompanied by 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. The device comes out of the box with Android 13-based ColorOS 13 installed.
Available in two colors
Oppo Reno 9A has a 6.74-inch AMOLED display with Full HD + resolution and 90 Hz refresh rate. Fingerprint scanner is embedded in the screen. A 16-megapixel selfie camera is located in the upper left corner of the front panel. The rear camera system includes a 48-megapixel main sensor, an 8-megapixel wide-angle lens and a 2-megapixel macro camera.
The smartphone has a 4,500mAh battery with 18W fast charging support. The device also has an IPX8 water resistance rating. The price tag of Oppo Reno 9A, which is offered in two color options, Midnight Black and Moon White, is $290.
