OpenAI’s viral artificial intelligence chat tool ChatGPT continues to spread in the tech world. It seems that the next stop of ChatGPT will be the Opera browser. Opera’s parent company, Kunlun Tech, announced that they plan to integrate the artificial intelligence tool into their products.

ChatGPT will be integrated into Opera

Although there are plans to integrate ChatGPT into the Opera browser, these plans are not materialized for now. So, it is unclear when ChatGPT will be added to the browser, what its functionality will be or what it will offer. However, Opera is also available as a mobile browser on iOS and Android. It is also unclear whether this planned integration will cover the mobile side.

On the other hand, Microsoft announced that it has integrated ChatGPT, developed by OpenAI, of which it has been an investor for a long time, into the Bing search engine and the Edge browser, and that the tests are continuing. Similarly, Google announced that it will add the LaMDA-based Bard artificial intelligence tool to its search engine.

According to January’s Statcounter data, Google’s Chrome browser has the largest worldwide market share with 65.4 percent, while Microsoft’s Edge browser has a 4.5 percent share. According to the data, Opera ranks sixth with a share of 2.4 percent worldwide.
