Opera has announced Opera One, with a host of new features, including in-browser integration of productive artificial intelligence.

Opera has introduced the latest version of its Opera One app, which will include a new productive AI integration. According to Opera, the in-browser AI feature called AI Prompt will provide users with contextual suggestions for web pages and text.

AI Features Will Happen Automatically

The web service provider said in a post on Twitter that AI features will be automatically enabled for all users.

In addition, the company underlined that the browser’s sidebar will have quick access to other artificial intelligence tools such as ChatGPT and ChatSonic. The Opera One update page lists several examples of how artificial intelligence can be used, including shortened lengths for more accessible reading, explanations of complex ideas, and content creation.

With this move, artificial intelligence integration is in line with major trends in the emerging tech industry. Many technology giants such as Google, Microsoft, Amazon and Alibaba have made announcements about artificial intelligence integration since the beginning of the year.

Additionally, Opera launched a security suite in December aimed at protecting users from malicious Web3 actors. Known as Web3 Guard, this suite has been integrated with Opera to detect malicious decentralized applications and phishing attacks, among other features.
