Your date of birth shows your age of calendar, but does not say how old your body is actually. Japanese scientists have developed an artificial intelligence that can determine your biological age just using five drops of blood by pressing this issue.
Designed by Osaka University researchers, this model analyzes the proportions of 22 steroid hormones that manages many vital processes from the tension reflection of the body to metabolism.
These hormones change as they age, and artificial intelligence can predict your biological age in a very sensitive form by capturing the patterns behind these changes.
How does artificial intelligence make this claim?
Compared to the study published in the Science Advances magazine, the effect of the voltage hormone on the biological age is striking. When cortisol levels doubled, it was observed that the biological age increased by 50 %. This shows that tension accelerates not just the mood, but also the aging process.
In addition, artificial intelligence can reveal biological differences in the middle of women and men. It was determined that hormones linked to estrogen in women and in men were more dominant in the aging process. In men who smoke, it was seen that biological age was obviously accelerated.
The development of artificial intelligence allows us to learn more precisely how our own bodies are. Knowing your biological age in the near future will be just as easy as a blood test.
