OnePlus Open render images shared
As you may remember, render images of a model called OnePlus V Fold were shared before. In fact, the similarity of this model to the Galaxy Z Fold series drew attention. The new images are said to be based on pre-production OnePlus Open units. When we look at these images, it is more accurate to say that the device reminds of the Oppo Find N2 as well as the Galaxy Z Fold.
What will OnePlus Open offer?
According to current reports, the OnePlus Open will feature a 7.8-inch internal display and a 6.3-inch external display, both with a 120Hz refresh rate. However, it is stated that the foldable phone will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 platform paired with up to 16GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.
In the camera department, the device will be accompanied by a triple setup consisting of 64MP telephoto, 48MP primary and ultra-wide sensors. Other features of the device include 67W fast charging support and a 4,800mAh battery pack. OnePlus has confirmed that its first foldable phone will arrive in the third quarter of this year. However, an exact date has not been shared. Sources close to the sector, on the other hand, point to the date of 29 August.
