OnePlus has announced its new flagship smartphone, the OnePlus 11, at an event that was broadcast live from India.
The phone has a 120Hz refresh rate and a 6.7-inch AMOLED display. Inside it is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, along with up to 16GB of RAM and up to 256GB of onboard storage.
The three rear cameras on the OnePlus 11 include a 50MP main sensor, a 48MP ultra-wide sensor and a 32MP selfie camera. It also has a 16MP front camera. The 5,000mAh battery can be charged with OnePlus’ 100W charger, which can charge the phone up to 100 percent in just 25 minutes.
OnePlus 11 has dual speakers with Dolby Atom support. The phone will run Android 13 out of the box and will receive four Android OS updates along with security updates for up to five years. It will come in two colors, Titan Black and Eternal Green.
In the US, prices will start at $699 for the 8GB RAM 128GB storage version and $799 for the 16GB RAM 256GB storage model. Pre-orders start today and the phone will officially launch on February 14.
OnePlus Pad is also introduced
OnePlus has also announced the company’s first Android tablet, the OnePlus Pad. The tablet, which comes with an 11.51-inch display with a 7:5 aspect ratio and 144Hz refresh rate, has a MediaTek Dimensity 9000 chip, 12GB of RAM and four speakers. It also has a 13MP rear camera with a very large lens, along with an 8MP front camera.
The 9,510mAh battery will support the company’s 67W fast charger. The device will also come with its own magnetic keyboard and its own stylus. Pre-orders for the tablet will begin in April, but OnePlus has yet to reveal a price tag for the OnePlus Pad.
