OneCoin partners are prosecuted by the German court.

The judicial process regarding OneCoin, which is among the largest ponzi schemes in the crypto money industry, continues. While Ruja Ignatova, the supposed project’s founder, is still missing, those linked to her are under the scrutiny of the authorities.

The husband and wife, who allegedly made transactions on behalf of Ignatova, are on trial in a German court. The couple allegedly took $320 million from clients and used that money to buy two apartments in the Cayman Islands on behalf of two Ignatovas.

Prosecutors say that Ignatova, who is still on the run, deceived investors that OneCoin was a cryptocurrency and took away millions of dollars in funds.

According to the indictment, investors poured a large amount of money into the project, thinking they were buying a real cryptocurrency. According to expert analysis, losses from OneCoin investors are worth around $4 billion.

People linked to OneCoin are also prosecuted in the US. In August, US officials accused Christopher Hamilton of laundering $105 million.
