Samsung, one of the leading names in the smartphone market, continues to deliver the One UI 5.1 update to more models. The new version, which was recently made available for the Galaxy A52 and A53 models, has now started rolling out for the Galaxy A71 5G and Galaxy A51 5G.One UI 5.1 update launched for Galaxy A71 and Galaxy A51
For those who don’t know, the Galaxy A71 and A71 5G were launched in the first half of 2020 with Android 10 built in. After that, both devices received the Android 11-based One UI 3 update in early 2021, and the Android 12-based One UI 4.0 update in late 2021. The Galaxy A51 5G was showcased with Android 10 in 2020.
Reportedly, One UI 5.1 comes with build numbers “A715FXXU8DWB5” and “A716BXXU7FWB6” for the Galaxy A71 and A71 5G, respectively. The shared version number for the Galaxy A51 5G is “A516BXXU6FWB5”. The new update, which has started to be released in the European market as of now, also brings the February 2023 security patch.
Samsung One UI 5.1 comes with minor improvements including new widgets, Expert RAW mode, gallery, link and DeX mode. You can check out this article to learn more about the new version.
