On the way to those who sell user names on Instagram!

Meta took action against those who provide account purchase and sale and illegal reversal services on Instagram. The company filed a lawsuit against the two people, whom he claimed to have engaged in such activities. Here are the details…

Meta filed a war on the black market on Instagram

Meta has initiated legal proceedings in the US for the first time against activities such as the sale of Instagram accounts and the unauthorized re -opening. The company announced that it has launched a legal struggle against people who violated Instagram policies by filing two separate cases this week.

Meta’s first case in California was against the photographer and entrepreneur Daniel Folger. According to the company’s claim, Folger made unfair profits from 2022 by selling user names on Instagram and opening banned accounts. User names are sold at prices ranging from 700 to 50 thousand dollars.

Meta also argued that Folger also cooperated with a company employee, abuse the company’s internal objection system and re -enabled suspended accounts in illegal ways. The second case was opened against the person named Idriss Qibaa. Qibaa’nın Instagram accounts illegally off and offering back to open the service, fake followers and interaction sales are claimed.

Meta said that Qibaa had accepted these activities by participating in a podcast broadcast in 2024 and even threatened threats to some users. Qibaa, who has another criminal case against him, will be tried in May.

Although such illegal activities are not new, Meta’s cases show that the company is now ready to take harder steps. The company spokesman stressed that all kinds of legal options will be evaluated to protect users and the struggle against such harmful activities will continue.
