Not a day goes by that NVIDIA doesn’t add a new one to their flagship graphics cards. While we are still dreaming of the RTX 2080s, NVIDIA introduced the RTX 3090 Ti, which will be the next version of the RTX 3090, alongside many new technologies at the CES conference that started today.
Not much information has been given about NVIDIA’s new monster, the RTX 3090 Ti at the moment, but NVIDIA stated that more details about the device will come soon. Of course, we are not empty-handed, let’s examine the details shared about the RTX 3090 Ti.
NVIDIA RTX 3090 Ti features:
Like the RTX 3090, the RTX 3090 Ti will have 24GB of GDDR6X memory. However, unlike the RTX 3090, which runs at 19.5 GB / s, the new graphics card will run at 21 GB / s. NVIDIA also states that the RTX 3090 Ti can handle 40 shadow teraflops, 78 RT teraflops, and 320 AI teraflops. The RTX 3090, on the other hand, could handle 35.6 shadow teraflops, 69.5 RT teraflops, and 285 AI teraflops.
These numbers show us that the RTX 3090 Ti outperforms the RTX 3090 by 0.15%. The 3090 Ti will be the most powerful gaming graphics card ever produced. NVIDIA has not shared more information than that at the moment, but we will continue to pass it on to you as it is shared.
Not the only star RTX 3090 Ti, but the budget-friendly RTX 3050 is coming too
The RTX 3090 Ti wasn’t the only NVIDIA product at CES. As with every graphics card version, the budget-friendly version of the 30 series is on the way. NVIDIA RTX 3050 will be the cheapest 30 series graphics card. NVIDIA didn’t give full details about the device, but it will have 8GB of GDDR6 memory and can handle 9 shadow teraflops, 18 RT teraflops, and 73 AI teraflops. According to NVIDIA, the RTX 3050 Ti will be able to run the latest ray tracing supported games at over 60 FPS. The release date of the RTX 3050 is said to be January 27.
