NVIDIA’s 572.xx version of Game Ready causes various problems for RTX 40 Series users. While problems such as black screen, system collapse and image errors are reported, many users have to return to older versions. NVIDIA has not yet come an official statement.

New drivers cause errors in the RTX 40 series

For the kidnappers, GeForce drivers have continued to experience unexpected mistakes since the release of the RTX 50 series in January. In this process, multiple bug fixes were shared for the RTX 50 Series, and now the RTX 40 cards have started to see serious compatibility problems. According to the complaints shared in Reddit, most of the users are experiencing problems with the 572.XX driver.

For example, an RTX 4080 users Cyberpunk 2077, the game collapsed as soon as the game has opened and this problem is solved by returning to 566.xx drivers. A RTX 4090 users have faced problems such as black screen, freezing and not opening the monitor, and returning to the old version and overcoming these problems.

Despite these problems with the RTX 40 Series users, Nvidia has not released any official correction despite these problems. The only solution offered to users who have problems at the moment seems to be going back to old drivers. However, in this case, the latest features such as DLSS 4, updated Ray Reconstruction and new DLSS -supported games are out of use.
