NVIDIA, which broke new ground in graphics technologies with its new RTX family graphics cards in 2018, introduced the last series of this family, RTX 4000, last night. Showing the GeForce RTX 4080 and RTX 4090 models, the company left their mouths open, explaining that these cards can offer 2 times better performance than the previous series.

On the other hand, NVIDIA’s new graphics card models were not limited to these. Along with its new series that appeals to standard consumers, the company also announced the brand new RTX 6000 graphics card that will meet the graphics power needs of the business world. Let’s take a closer look at NVIDIA’s actual flagship card.

Here comes the NVIDIA RTX 6000:

The new NVIDIA RTX 6000 graphics card, developed especially for workstations, will come with twice as much memory as the RTX 4090 with 24 GB of memory. The video card will have a total memory of 48 GB. However, the number of CUDA cores, which is 16,384 in the RTX 4090, will be 18,176 in this graphics card. The device will feature the latest architecture Ada Lovelace architecture.

According to NVIDIA’s statement, the new RTX 6000 graphics card will offer 2 to 4 times better performance than the previous generation workstation graphics card, the RTX A6000. The graphics card will have 568 Tensor and 142 ray tracing cores. With these hardware, the video resolution power of the video card will be up to 3 times more than the RTX A6000.

One of the biggest features of the graphics card will appear in power consumption, as in every business model of NVIDIA. NVIDIA announced the standard power consumption of the graphics card as only 300 W. This value is at 450W even on the RTX 4090. Of course, the purpose of low power consumption was to increase the lifetime of the video card. These graphics cards will be busy with constant uploads, not just occasional uploads like the RTX 4090.

The price is just as ‘good’:

Those who want to buy the NVIDIA RTX 6000 series will have to pay a fee of $ 5,000.

So who will use this graphics card?

The graphics card developed by NVIDIA for workstations will soon appear, especially in the film industry, special effects companies and broadcasting organizations.
