NVIDIA’s new RTX 5000 series graphics cards were released with a series of problems, and a new one was the ‘black screen’ problem. The company, who has been working for a while, is preparing to publish a new driver update for the analysis of the problem this week.

Some users, MSI Gaming Trio RTX 5090 released for a new BIOS update relieved the black screen issue and even the performance increase, but NVIDIA officials, BIOS update may not be a definite analysis for each user, he said.

Users were recommended to wait for software update

It is stated that the problem is not in contact with the BIOS, and it may be related to the driver or PCIe signaling. NVIDIA will release a new graphics card driver this week to offer a more comprehensive analysis.

Users are firstly recommended to wait for NVIDIA to update for graphics cards. Alternatively, the transition to PCIE 4.0 can also solve the problem.
