The Nvidia GeForce RTX 4050 mobile laptop graphics card will target the company’s entry-level gaming laptops. New information shows that an Intel Core i7-13700H CPU-based laptop has a GeForce RTX 4050 card.

According to the leaked details, Samsung’s next-generation Galaxy Book Pro model (SAMSUNG_NP960XFH) will feature the unannounced GeForce RTX 4050 and Core i7 13700H.

RTX 4050 mobile graphics card in detail

Nvidia’s GeForce RTX 4050 mobile graphics card will replace the hugely popular RTX 3050 solution for laptop gamers. The previous generation used 4GB of GDDR6 memories on the 128-bit memory bus. These details will probably be preserved with the RTX 4050, but we will see 8 GB GDDR6 memory in some variants, but for now we have very limited information on this subject. Estimates say that Nvidia will use the AD107 GPU in the mobile RTX 4050. On the other hand, the leaked RTX 4050 scores 57.4 points in the PugetBench Premiere Pro test. That’s about 17 percent to 32 percent faster than the RTX 3050 in the same test.

In addition, if the Core i7 13700H is on the side, our information is considered a little more full. Part of Intel’s 13th Gen Raptor Lake-H family, we expect this processor to be a 14 (6+8) core model with 5GHz clock speeds and 45 W TDP (PL1). We expect the RTX 4050 laptop graphics card to be introduced alongside other mobile cards at CES 2023 next year.
