Nvidia corrects the “black screen” problem where users live
Last week, Nvidia began to investigate the black screen and other problems in the RTX 50, RTX 40 and RTX 30 series. The company had accepted the existence of these problems after the 572.16 driver update. Now, Nvidia, starting from the RTX 50 series began to correct these problems. In a short time, a large -scale driver update will be released.

Update on the road

Especially the problems in the RTX 50 series extended from small hanging to blue screen errors. Some users stated that they have found temporary solutions by limiting screen renewal speeds to 60Hz. However, this is not an ideal solution for high -performance graphics cards.

Nvidia, the source of the problems yet to the public, but the first solution signal came with the sharing of a Reddit user. According to VideoCardz, the VBIOS update from the MSI Gaming Trio RTX 5080 model completely eliminated the black screen error. Moreover, this update increased the performance of the card a little.

A Nvidia representative confirmed this sharing at Reddit, announced that users who do not receive the VBIOS update will get the same correction as the driver update to be released during the week.

The problems of the RTX 50 series do not end

The RTX 50 series is seen as one of the most controversial graphics card launch of the recent period. Generation transition, stock problems, high prices and cable melting problems that do not meet expectations have shadowed the series. Moreover, Nvidia, RTX 5090 and 5070 Ti models after the adoption of some of the missing units of the RTX 5080’in faced the same problem that the emergence of confidence shook the confidence.
