NUC 12 mini computer options, equipped by Intel with Arc graphics cards, have not yet been fully released. Although Intel Arc options are on the agenda in other NUC 12 models, they are not yet listed. Intel NUC 12 Enthusiast is one step ahead at this point.
Intel NUC 12 Enthusiast features and price
The Intel NUC 12 Enthusiast mini-computer concept, codenamed Serpent Canyon, will be the first NUC model with an Intel Arc graphics card to be released. Arc A770M 16GB and Arc A730M 12GB graphics cards will be exclusive to the Core i7-12700H processor. The Intel Core i5-12500H processor will offer the Arc A550M 8GB option.
Intel NUC 12 Extreme features revealed
The case with a volume of 2.5 liters can output up to 5 4K external outputs. Wi-Fi 6E, SDXC card slot, 2.5GbE LAN, USB 3.2 Gen2, Thunderbolt 4, DisplayPort 2.0 and HDMI 2.1 connections are available. There are dual DDR4 3200MHz SO-DIMM slots up to 64GB, dual M.2 22×80 Gen 4 NVMe slots up to 8TB and a single M.2 Gen 3 slot.
The Intel NUC 12 Enthusiast system will retail for $1699 with 8GB of DDR4 memory and 256GB of storage. The 16GB RAM and 1TB option goes up to 1944$. There is also a $370 Arc 7 System Bundle gift, consisting of games and applications such as Call of Duty MW2 and XSplit Premium Suite, until the end of December.
