The Nubia Z50 Ultra’s notchless screen is 6.8 inches, supports Full HD + resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 1500 nits brightness. The phone is equipped with a custom-made 16-megapixel OmniVision OV16E1Q under-screen camera with a super-wide pixel size of 2.24μm. Nubia says its light transmittance has increased by 30%. On the back of the phone, the main camera carries OIS supported 35mm 64 megapixel Sony IMX787 sensor. The main camera is accompanied by an 85mm 64MP periscope camera with OIS and a 50 megapixel ultra wide-angle camera.

The Z50 Ultra comes with 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM, 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage. A liquid cooling system with a vapor chamber of 4212 mm2 is used in the phone. The phone, which comes with Android 13-based MyOS 13 software, has dual SIM card slots, 5G, WiFi 802.11ax, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, USB-C port.
