Donald Trump’s social media, Truth Social, launched as an alternative to Twitter, has been seeing huge losses in the number of new users since its bumpy announcement. The social media network, which was offered only to iOS users at the first stage, is thought to have lost its effect.

Announced on February 22, Truth Social has many flaws from the start. Hundreds of users have had issues signing up for the platform, including receiving bug reports or being directed to long waiting lists.
According to data from mobile analytics firm Sensor Tower, downloads of the Truth Social iOS app dropped to 60,000 a week. According to Sensor Tower analyst Stephanie Chan, Truth Social downloads are down 93 percent from launch week.
Truth Social, which has reached a total of 1.2 million downloads to date, is actually not a platform that even Trump actively uses. To date, only one announcement message has been published from the Trump account. Although Truthsocial.com recorded 6 million visitors in its opening week, it was reported that this number did not even reach 2 million in recent weeks.
