Samsung is on the agenda with the Galaxy Cover 6 Pro, which is expected to rival models such as the Nokia 3310, which is famous in the industry. The charging capabilities and storage capacity of the smartphone, whose render images and key features were leaked before, have now been revealed.
What will Galaxy Cover 6 Pro offer users?
Galaxy XCover 6 Pro has surfaced in the FCC database with model numbers SM-G736U and SM-G736U1. In this way, the charging speed and storage capacity of the phone became clear. The device will charge at 25W speeds. On the other hand, although it is not clear yet, it is expected to come with a 4,050 mAh battery.
According to the FCC, the XCover 6 Pro has 128GB of internal storage. At the same time, it was clear on Geekbench that the device will come with 6 GB of RAM. In addition, it is not yet known whether there will be different storage and RAM configurations.
Last week, Onleaks shared the render images of the smartphone. The model will not come with a modern look as it focuses on durability. Here, we will see a low screen-to-body ratio and a drop notch, which is mostly used in entry segment models. On the other hand, it will measure 169 x 80 x 10 mm and weigh 235 grams.
The product will feature a rigid plastic frame and a knurled vertical stripe back panel to prevent it from slipping out of hand. Apart from that, there is a dual camera on the back and a 3.5mm headphone jack at the bottom, as well as a large red button whose function is not yet known. Finally, it will come with USB-C.
XCover 6 Pro doesn’t have serious promises on the screen side. Because it is a TFT panel that offers a 6.6-inch FHD + resolution 60 Hz refresh rate. On the other hand, it comes with Snapdragon 778G processor with 5G support. The chipset has a 6 nm architecture. It also houses the Adreno 642L graphics unit in addition to one 2.4 GHz ARM Cortex-A78 (Kryo 670), three 2.2 GHz ARM Cortex-A78 (Kryo 670) and four 1.9 GHz ARM Cortex-A55 cores.
13 Megapixel selfie on the front, 50 Megapixel main and 8 or 12 Megapixel ultra wide angle sensor on the back. The smartphone, which will go on sale with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage, will come with a 4,050 mAh battery. Finally, out of the box, it will run Android 12-based One UI interface.
Galaxy XCover6 Pro’s introduction date is not yet clear. However, if we consider the increasing leaks recently, we can say that it will be introduced in a few months.
