Instagram brings the feature to like stories
Meta brings a new breath to Instagram stories that will make it easier to interact. Normally, when you left an emoticon in a story, a direct message was sent. This inevitably creates a redundancy in the message box. Now you will be able to specify a story you like with just a like button.
Next to the reply via direct message button at the bottom of the story you are viewing, another button will appear where you can like the story. These likes are viewable only by the person who shared the story and cannot be viewed by other users, like likes on stream posts. In this way, the format of the story function will not be lost, while you can see who likes your story.
Instagram was rumored to be working on this feature in late 2021. We also mentioned this detail when the feature of adding moderators to live broadcasts came to the fore. Now it is finalized.
