After the electricity hike, which came into effect last month and burned the pockets of the citizens, a regulation was made for the same hike in the past few days. In addition, in the past weeks, many factories had to pause production due to power cuts in the industrial sector in our country.
On top of all these events, 2 days ago, due to heavy snowfall in Isparta, almost all of the city had a power cut and life had come to a standstill. Life Is Paralyzed
After the long-term power outage, electricity is restored in some workplaces and parts of the city, while the areas where mostly houses are still buried in darkness. Citizens living in houses heated with natural gas, on the other hand, say that even in places where electricity is available, the electricity of some devices such as combi boilers still goes back and forth.
While some citizens said that they packed their belongings and went to their relatives who had “electricity”, some citizens stated that they were trying to endure with solutions such as candles, kerosene lamps and car batteries. At the same time, some citizens claimed that trees fell on electric wires and that the municipality still has not made a statement on the subject.
