NFT fraud detection startup Yakoa has raised nearly $5 million in funding from an investment round it participated in.
In the growing and developing NFT sector, there is an increase in the number of new projects. In this period of increasing crypto and blockchain adoption, projects are working hard. In particular, investment tours supported valuable projects by providing funds. During these tours, intense interest was shown in NFT and metaverse projects. The platform, which is also an NFT project, has raised $4.8 million from the investment round with strong names.
Yakoa Attracts Attention With NFT Initiative
Developed against fraud in the NFT industry, Yakoa received strong support in the investment round led by Brevan Howard Digital.
Yakoa, a California-based NFT fraud detection startup, has successfully completed its seed funding round. Other companies participating in the tour included companies such as Volt Capital, Uniswap Labs Ventures, Orange DAO.
Yakoa was founded by two close friends earlier in the year. Andrew Dworschak and Graham Robinson co-founded the project.
The initiative aims to catch fraud before it reaches the consumer by indexing NFTs. The platform will use AI technology for this.
