The industry may now have found a new customer for the meat grown in the laboratory, and the dog foods made with artificial meat have been offered for sale in the UK. Chick Bites, the food brand, will be released in a limited way in a pet store, not all in the UK for now.

The company claims to be the first company in the world that produces pet foods using artificial meat and calls it “a step towards a healthy, sustainable and gentle meat against our planet and other animals”.
