We’ve heard before that Vivo is preparing to launch a tablet under the iQOO brand. The Chinese brand has released the promotional video of the device, which has been on the agenda for a while. The short 16-second snapshot shows that the so-called iQOO Pad will be based on the Vivo Pad 2.The tablet, which has metal flat edges, has a round camera unit with dual cameras on the back panel. It was previously reported that the device will be equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ chipset. The teaser also confirms this rumor. The company announced the screen features with a separate poster.
Display features and battery capacity
Judging by the published image, the iQOO Pad will carry a 12.1-inch LCD screen with a 144 Hz refresh rate and 2.8K resolution. The panel will offer HDR10 support and brightness up to 600 nits. There is also talk of a 10,000 mAh battery with 44W fast charging support for the device.
The iQOO Pad will be officially introduced on May 23 alongside the iQOO Neo 8 series smartphones. The company is expected to continue to reveal the prominent features of the tablet in the coming days.
