Then, for example, if the starting price is 3 thousand TL, the people are called in order and an offer of 3 thousand 200 TL is received, the next tenant candidate is called and asked, ‘How much do you pay?’ and 4 thousand TL. The auction method is used to raise up to TL. It is a situation brought to the market by the limited supply, ” said Özcan, summarizing how the new method of real estate agents is.
İsmail Özcan was not the only one who made statements on the subject. For example, Ertap Erbay, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Istanbul Bahçeşehir Capital Real Estate, stated that such a system exists and that the auction system is most frequently applied in Esenyurt. Coşkun Hurlu, one of the Oşar Real Estate and Consulting Partners, stated that in addition to Esenyurt, similar situations are experienced in Beşiktaş and Şişli.
