Then, for example, if the starting price is 3 thousand TL, the people are called in order and an offer of 3 thousand 200 TL is received, the next tenant candidate is called and asked, ‘How much do you pay?’ and 4 thousand TL. İsmail Özcan was not the only one who made statements on the subject.
