So what exactly will this communiqué do?
As you know, both house rents and house prices for sale have been increasing with an abnormal acceleration since the first day of the pandemic. However, this increase has become unbearable, especially since the beginning of 2022. Ad sites were considered to be among the culprits of these astronomical price increases. It can be said that unfair price increases can be prevented to some extent, as the new communiqué imposes significant obligations and ‘auditability’ on both advertisement sites and advertisers.
