According to a new market research covering the second quarter of 2022, the smart device manufacturer, which continues to launch innovative products in order to increase its global market share, has managed to take the lead in smartphone shipments in China.
Shipment figures exceeded 15 million
In the shared report, Honor, which shipped a total of 15 million smartphones in the first quarter of the year, achieved a huge growth rate of 205 percent. With this success, the company managed to dominate 20 percent of the total market, surpassing OPPO and Apple, which reached 13.9 and 13.8 million shipments, respectively.

However, in the continuation of the report, Vivo ranked fourth with a total of 12.2 million shipments, followed by Xiaomi, which reached a figure of 10.6 million. While there was an 18 percent decrease in shipments in the Chinese market compared to 2021, the total shipment figure reached 75.6 million with the inclusion of other brands.
