Google Cloud to Support Polygon for Ecosystem Development

Google will collaborate with Polygon to increase ecosystem development and adoption. The two companies made a statement about their cooperation today. As part of the collaboration, Google Cloud’s Blockchain Node Engine will support Polygon.

Google Cloud’s Blockchain Node Engine for the development of Web3 will support Polygon as part of the multi-year strategic alliance announced Thursday by Google Cloud and Polygon Labs.

The move aims to simplify the deployment and management of Polygon nodes for developers. However, it aims to increase the adoption of the Polygon ecosystem.

According to a Google Cloud spokesperson, the Blockchain Node Engine already supports Ethereum and is also working to integrate Solana in a move that was first announced last November.

Brendan Farmer, co-founder of Polygon Labs, used the following statements in his statement on the subject:

“Google Cloud infrastructure will help scale technology faster to keep transactions fast and fees low as demand grows.”
