New Photo of Harley Quinn From Joker 2 Has Arrived

Inspired by one of DC’s most beloved characters, ‘Joker’, which debuted in 2019, garnered praise from both critics and viewers, and earned Joaquin Phoenix an Oscar award. Details about the sequel of Joker coming out in 2024 have also been coming recently.

While it was announced that the name of the second movie to be directed by Todd Phillips would be Joker: Folie à Deux, it was announced that Lady Gaga joined the cast. It was also stated that Gaga would appear as Harley Quinn. In addition, the film was described as a ‘musical’. Now, there’s an exciting brand new visual from the movie.

Director Todd Phillips shared a photo of Joker 2 on his Instagram account for Valentine’s Day. The photo features the characters of Lady Gaga and Joaquin Phoenix and gives us a first look at Gaga’s Harley Quinn.

There is no detailed information about the plot of Joker: Folie à Deux yet. It is known that the cast of the film, which will be written and directed by Todd Phillips, will include names such as Zazie Beetz, Brendan Gleeson and Catherine Keener for now, apart from Phoenix and Gaga. The movie will be released on October 9, 2024 and will not be included in the main DC universe, which James Gunn recently shared details about.
