The new Mercedes-Benz-Maybach S-Class that many of us can only dream of; Autoshow 2021 was introduced in Turkey. The Maybach S-Class, which has a 18 cm longer wheelbase compared to the S-Class, seems to make a name for itself with its unique design with dual color application.
The radiator grille with chrome-plated vertical columns of the new Mercedes-Maybach S-Class, where the model’s name ‘MAYBACH’ is placed in the chrome frame of the grille, attracts the attention directly. Compared to other S-Class models, the doors of the new Maybach stand out as larger. Another feature that makes the new Mercedes-Maybach S-Class attractive, which also has a fixed triangular window on the C-pillar, is that it can be equipped with electric rear doors.
Comfort and confidence together
MBUX Interior Assistant can be added to the back of the new Mercedes-Maybach S-Class, which can also detect the many wishes of the user. This system assists the driver in automatic vehicle functions by analyzing the body language, hand movements and gaze direction of the user of the vehicle. In addition to these, the new series can also record the gestures and movements of the rear passengers thanks to the 3D laser cameras located on the headliner. For example; MBUX Interior Assistant, which detects that the user wants to reach for the seat belt from hand movements, activates the automatic seat belt extension function on the relevant side.
The function of the exit warning system has also been improved. The new Mercedes-Maybach S-Class can understand that the rear passenger wants to leave the vehicle and can warn the user audibly and visually if it senses a dangerous situation.
In the new Mercedes-Maybach S-Class, where rear seat safety is considered more, the rear airbag, which comes as standard equipment in the event of a severe front collision, helps to reduce the stress levels on the head and neck of the rear seat passengers who are wearing seat belts. Thus, the likelihood of passengers getting a heavy blow is reduced. As a novelty, the rear passengers of the Maybach S-Class can now also benefit from the automatic seat belt extension feature.
The price of the vehicle is quite salty, as many of you have guessed. The new Mercedes Maybach S-Class will be offered for sale with prices starting from the turnkey price of 6,038,300 TL.
