Apple is reportedly planning to launch an iPad Pro powered by the M2 processor next fall. Incoming information is that the company will come up with the biggest tablet update we will see since 2018.
The new 15-inch MacBook may not be called Air
As you may recall, Apple last updated the iPad Pro significantly in 2018 with a thin bezel display and USB-C port. Gurman also expects the company to include MagSafe charging support in the next-generation iPad Pro.
M2 processor rumors
There is also very little information about the M2 chip at the moment. According to Gurman, the processor will have the same octa-core CPU as the M1. However, the company is expected to use the M2 on the new 13-inch MacBook Pro, Mac Mini and 24-inch iMac, which are said to debut this year.
