Twitter will continue to lose
According to what was shared by The New York Times, Elon Musk reportedly instructed managers to prepare lists of employees to be fired on Twitter. As it is known, Tesla and SpaceX CEO said that just before the Twitter acquisition, the platform would reduce its workforce by 75 percent. The Times did not disclose how much of a cut in the workforce would be made. However, it is claimed that Musk will not reduce the number of employees so dramatically.
The layoffs are expected to take place before November 1. The timing, according to the Times, could provide Musk with an opportunity to avoid stock payments to workers who say goodbye to the platform. Although no explanation has been shared about the new decision from Elon Musk yet, we can say that there will be big changes within the platform.
