NetherRealm has announced new characters (including a cameo character) coming to Mortal Kombat 1 at the fighting games tournament event EVO 2023. The new fighters were announced with the gameplay trailer.Secret boss Reptile joins the arena
Three new characters will soon be included in the game; Reptile, Ashrah and Havik. Reptile, also known as Syzoth, was a hidden character in the first game of the series, but wasn’t playable until Mortal Kombat 2. Ashrah, a demon seeking forgiveness, first appeared in Mortal Kombat: Deception. Havik, a priest, is also a character we see in Mortal Kombat Deception. In addition to these three fighters, Sareena will come as the Camera character. Sareena first appeared in Mortal Kombat: Mythologies: Sub-Zero but didn’t become a playable character until the Tournament Edition.

Let us remind you that these characters are the last three characters to join the game. Other characters such as Scorpion, Cyrax, Frost have also been introduced to the game recently, and there will even be fighters to join as DLC.
