Google finally started to offer the feature it offered for mobile platforms a year ago for desktop search pages as well.

A year after making it available on mobile, Google has also brought “continuous scrolling” to search results on desktop. Continuous scrolling, a feature that eliminates the need to click the “Next” button or page numbers at the bottom of your search results. With the feature, when you scroll to the bottom of the current list, Google automatically loads the next set of results on the page. If you use Google on mobile devices, this feature will look very familiar to you too.

Bringing this feature to desktop will also make the Google search experience more consistent across devices and platforms. “Starting today, we’re bringing continuous scrolling to the desktop so you can continue to see more useful search results with fewer clicks. It’s even easier to get more information at your fingertips,” a company spokesperson said.

Unfortunately, the continuous scrolling feature is currently only available for US and English queries. But it won’t take long for it to arrive in other regions.
