iQOO 9 series will launch in China on January 5th. Today, the company has received a new statement from the iQOO 9 Pro model. The statement confirms the feature details that have already been released. The iQOO 9 Pro is said to have a 6.78-inch display. The official announcement confirmed that the device will come with an AMOLED LTPO panel. In addition, it revealed that it has a hole in the upper middle and consists of thin bezels.

The screen of the phone supports 120Hz refresh rate. The company has confirmed that the display offers an instantaneous touch sampling rate of 1000Hz, a contrast ratio of 800000:1, a brightness of 1500 nits, 10-bit colors and a pixel density of 517ppi. In the iQOO 9 Pro model, you can easily open the screen of the device with dirty or wet hands. Because the phone houses an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner.
Since the screen has a large fingerprint scanning area of 578 mm2, users have the opportunity to open the lock comfortably. Looking at the bottom of the phone, we see that it has a SIM card slot, a USB-C port and a speaker grille.
Other reports have stated that the device will be launched with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor. The phone packs a 4,700mAh battery that supports 120W fast charging and 50W wireless charging. OriginOS based on Android 12 by operating system has Ocean UI user interface. It is also expected that the device will come with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM.
iQOO 9 Pro’s rear camera module is expected to have a 50 Megapixel Samsung GN5 primary camera with gimbal-OIS support. This is accompanied by a 150-degree 50-megapixel Samsung JN1 ultra-wide-angle camera and a 16-megapixel telephoto camera with 2.5x optical zoom.
