As Russia’s occupation of Ukraine continues, the crypto community continues to donate to the country with cryptocurrencies. In the past days, official channels shared Ethereum (ETH) and Bitcoin (BTC) addresses, and announced that donations were accepted via crypto money. Since then, many people have donated large amounts to support the country struggling in the shadow of the war.
The official Twitter account of the country has now announced that they have started to collect donations with DOT by sharing the Polkadot (DOT) wallet.
The following statements were included in the statement made by the country:
“ The Ukrainian people are grateful for the support and donations of the global crypto community while protecting our freedom. We are now also accepting Polkadot donations: We will be accepting more cryptocurrencies soon.”
