PUBG, one of the most popular games in the world, started to be offered to game lovers for free with BATTLEGROUNDS recently. We shared the statement made by KRAFTON, the producer team of the game, with you in this news. The new news from Krafton is about a case this time.

Like many game development teams, Krafton occasionally seeks out copyrights in courtrooms. Krafton, who has previously filed a copyright claim against Garena Online, is once again faced with the same problem as Garena Online.

Garena Online released the game Free Fire: Battlegrounds on the Google Play Store and App Store. And naturally, the great similarities between this name and the games caused problems between the two game companies. Krafton accused Grena of copying his own play.

Krafton, who previously sued Garena Online in Singapore, took the matter to the US Federal Court this time. An agreement was reached in the lawsuit filed in 2017, but Garena Online later did not keep its word and continued to sell the game.

Let’s see how it turns out this time.
